"Behind it, nothing reaches you. In front of it, everyone hears you coming."

A pavise shield token or prop asset depicting a large kite-shaped medieval shield with a quartered red and gold heraldic design, a central iron boss, and visible wear including cracked paint and dents, mounted against a wooden plank background. The shield displays hallmarks of late medieval European military equipment, suitable for knights, men-at-arms, or mercenary NPCs in fantasy or historical RPG encounters. This asset works as an inventory item illustration, faction symbol, or decorative prop for virtual tabletops such as Foundry VTT, Roll20, or Fantasy Grounds in campaigns featuring medieval warfare, siege scenarios, or heraldic-themed quests.
