During the War of the Rock, Kurgal Stenvik felled the goblin chief Jugarlimli with his own hand, and his daughter carries that name like a banner. He raised her as a weapon, gave her everything, and leveled every obstacle before she could reach it. Her father had been afraid that day, and he struck anyway. She has never yet been afraid. With every new contract, she asks first what made the last ones run.

Describe her

She listens to tales of danger leaning forward, the way others listen to a song they love. Her voice is steady, and she stands an inch taller whenever someone names her father. When peril nears and the others take a step back, she takes one forward, and something lights in her eyes, almost hope. She has the bearing of a veteran and, at moments, the impatience of a girl before her first fight.

Play her

Play the hunger to clash. When real danger nears, give her the shiver of anticipation no one else has, where everyone draws back. No bravado, only craving. Let an NPC call her "Kurgal's daughter," and have her smile, proud, before telling her father's great blow better than he ever did. If the table finally offers her an enemy that frightens her, play it as a gift, trembling and grateful at once. She waits for a single day, the one when she will be afraid and strike anyway, just like him.
