The Goblins

To themselves, they are the Stock. Everyone else calls them the Spawn.A poor fighter, and it knows it: it never bets on the duel but on the trap, the numbers, the turned back. Its true weapon is adaptation. It eats whatever it finds, nests in a flooded cellar as readily as under a bridge, learns fast the fears of a land and the hour when the guards yawn. By the time you notice one, it has been there a long while. They breed quickly, a clan most often runs between fifty and a hundred head, and it is not rare for them to attach a powerful creature to themselves, a troll or an ogre, for their defense.

The Tracker

This is the most respected caste in the clan. People readily assume the shamans are its intelligence: a goblin knows that the cleverest become trackers, and that they are the reason the clan is still here. Quick-minded, they never set foot on ground they have not studied, they always cover their retreat with traps, and they hunt better than anyone. A clan will save a tracker before a child. It seems cruel, and yet: one more child is only one more goblin, while what a tracker knows is what will keep the others alive.

A goblin tracker token depicted in a snowstorm environment, hunched forward and armed with a bone or iron spear, wearing layered fur and hide armor with runic engravings, and bearing multiple javelins or spike-like projectiles on its back. The creature has pale, weathered skin adapted to cold climates, pointed ears, and a heavy build suggesting physical resilience despite the goblin's typically cunning rather than combative role. This token is suited for wilderness ambush encounters, arctic or tundra settings, and cold-region hex-crawl campaigns in fantasy RPG systems such as D&D 5e, Pathfinder, or OSR rulesets. Compatible with virtual tabletop platforms including Foundry VTT, Roll20, and Fantasy Grounds as an NPC or enemy tracker unit.
