The Holy Grenades, the Water That Burns Those Who No Longer Breathe.

What it is
This water was vowed by a clergy of the light against what walks without breath. It does nothing to the living, nothing to beasts. It knows only one thing: what should be dead and is not. Each vial, slipped into its leather loop on the belt, is counted.
What it does
Shattered on a breathless creature, the vial burns it the way acid eats metal: dead flesh smokes, recoils, comes apart. Poured on a threshold or a blade, it bars the way or bites with every strike, for one scene. The GM judges the effect by the creature.
What it costs
Count your vials. They refill only at the altar that vowed them, far off and never free. One fall and the glass gives way: the water is lost. Against the living or a beast, it is worth nothing, and that is its real danger: you come to trust it when you should not.

A token or prop asset depicting a leather belt or bandolier fitted with six small glass vials filled with liquid, displayed on a stone pedestal within a dark medieval doorframe. Each vial is individually wrapped and secured, suggesting alchemical or religious equipment designed for combat use. This asset suits encounter props, inventory handouts, or world-building items in tabletop RPG scenarios involving undead enemies, vampire hunters, or clerical factions across systems such as D&D 5e, Pathfinder, or OSR. Compatible with virtual tabletop platforms including Foundry VTT, Roll20, and Fantasy Grounds as a loot item, quest object, or player handout.
