Pinky, called Booster
Pinky is Garrick's adopted daughter, and she has been travelling the kingdom's roads with him since she could walk. She wants to fight, to win, to become a champion. Her father has tried more than once to talk her out of it, without success, and there's no denying she has a gift for it. So he has resigned himself to teaching her the mind before the fists, hoping a monastery will take her in one day and make a warrior monk of her. He hasn't said a word to Pinky about that plan.
Describe her
Wind, rain or fine weather, she always wears the same boyish outfit, and when everyone else runs for shelter, she takes her time. In front of you is a girl who has already seen more roads than most of the adults in the room. She speaks Dwarven and Orcish, picked up from hanging around fighting circles while her father fought, and she understands far more conversations than anyone suspects.
Play her
Play her plain-spoken: she says what she thinks, to anyone at all, and bows her head to no one. Rebellious, but straight: she won't lie, not even when lying would cost her less. If an adult talks down to her like a child, have her answer in his own tongue, Dwarven or Orcish, just to watch his face. What she doesn't say is that she watches everything: every guard, every hold, every defeat, and she already knows how she would have handled it.
What she says (rarely)
"Yes, it's raining. So?"
"My father says the head comes before the fists. Fine. But after that, you hit."
(in Dwarven, to a customer talking about her as though she were deaf) "Go on. I can hear you perfectly."
