The Scene
The door gives way on a smell of rancid sap and wet wood. A chair lies split end to end, as if it had burst from within, and pots have rolled to the walls. On the floor, propped against the wreckage, is what remains of a man. There is no flesh left, only bones under stiffened clothes, and everywhere, from the bones to the walls, brown, sticky strands stretched like a web, still clinging to your fingers when you touch them. The jaw hangs wide open. An arm's length away lies a dagger. Clean.A decomposed skeletal corpse token or scene asset depicting a decayed humanoid body entangled in webs and roots, slumped against broken wooden furniture in a filthy, abandoned interior. The figure features exposed bones, tattered clothing, and organic debris, making it suitable for crime scene investigations, haunted location encounters, or undead discovery moments in tabletop RPG campaigns. Compatible with horror, dark fantasy, and mystery genres, this asset works across major virtual tabletop platforms such as Foundry VTT, Roll20, and Fantasy Grounds.
