"Bleed before her, and it is her you feed."Morthelia was ninety, midway through life for a half-elf, when the Withering was about to take her, the sickness that spoils the blood and wilts the body from within. The bite delivered her from it and gave her what her body had always denied her: strength. She has been a vampire for only thirty years, too young for her flesh to have become a weapon, and yet she has never needed a blade. All her life, her blood was killing her slowly. Now it obeys her. She is the Dravens' hemathurge.
How to fight her. Sunlight, daytime sleep, the stake, and fire work on her as on all her kind, and her body remains frail: it is an old woman fighting, not a warrior. But every drop you lose makes her stronger, so a long fight against her is a lost fight. Bind every wound, let nothing flow, and strike fast, before the room is red enough that she no longer needs you. Strike with silver, above all: blood it has touched no longer obeys her.
Morthelia Draven is a half-elf vampire NPC token depicting an elderly veiled female figure surrounded by animated tendrils of blood that coil and rise from the floor around her. She is a hematurge—a blood-manipulating spellcaster—capable of weaponizing spilled blood from any wound in the encounter area without physical contact. This character token is suited for horror, gothic fantasy, and dark vampire campaign encounters involving ambush scenarios, boss fights, or cult confrontations. Compatible with virtual tabletop platforms such as Foundry VTT, Roll20, and Fantasy Grounds for use in D&D 5e, Pathfinder, or similar RPG systems.
