Dwarven Noble Throwing Knives

“Three blades, one ingot.”This set of three knives is forged from Dürn (the dark steel of the dwarves, veined pale like mountain rock), and all three blades come from the same ingot. They therefore have exactly the same weight and the same balance: the thrower learns a single motion and repeats it three times. Only a master smith can draw so true a set from a single ingot, and noble families hand it down along with the harness that carries it. They say a dwarf sheds a tear every time he throws a Dürn knife. A noble sends a servant to fetch it before the fight is over, because a set missing a blade is worth nothing.

A set of three matched throwing knives displayed alongside their leather carry harness, featuring dark steel blades with pale veining and ornate bronze-toned fittings, set against a stone-textured background framed with Celtic knotwork. The knives are designed as a dwarven noble item, forged as a matched set from a single ingot for consistent weight and balance, making them suitable as high-value loot, heirloom weapons, or quest objects in fantasy tabletop RPG campaigns. This asset functions as an item card, inventory illustration, or prop handout for systems such as D&D 5e, Pathfinder, or other fantasy RPGs, and is compatible with virtual tabletop platforms including Foundry VTT, Roll20, and Fantasy Grounds.
