Gromthar, Kurgal's Hammer

Forged of Dürn for Kurgal Stenvik, Gromthar bears at each end of its head an enormous amethyst, set in a bronze cage and charged with a shock rune. During the War of the Rock, it was Gromthar that came down on the skull of Jugarlimli, warlord of the goblins. Those who were there do not all tell the same story of that blow. Some speak of a dull thunder rising from the ground; others swear the nearest goblins fell without ever being touched.

Gromthar is a dwarven war hammer token or prop asset featuring a heavy rectangular head set with large amethyst gemstones at each end, housed in ornate bronze lattice fittings, mounted on a dark wood handle with gold band accents. The weapon rests on a carved wooden chest in a dimly lit Norse or dwarven-themed environment.
