She lived in the Smallwood before its oaks were oaks. Her door has no lock. She treats the bandit the way she treats the child, no questions, because she decided long ago that living things are not sorted. She has healed people she then watched walk away, knowing exactly where they were going. A man spat in her fire once. She never speaks of it. There is a patch of ground in the clearing where nothing grows back.
Welcome them in, sit them down, pour tea with honey from your bees. Name the bees. Talk about animals like old drinking friends. If anyone disrespects your clearing, stop mid-sentence. When someone asks you for a remedy you have, for reasons you dislike, do not refuse: say it takes nine days and patient hands. The table will understand: nothing was refused, and nothing will be made. And hold, beneath all of it, that your hospitality is not kindness but a rule you gave yourself so you never have to judge.
Yagumoss is a halfling or gnome elder female NPC token depicted standing outdoors in a woodland clearing, wearing a large conch shell hat and carrying an ornate wooden staff, with a long silver braid and layered green and earthy robes adorned with charms and pouches. This character token is suited for forest encounter roles such as a hedge witch, herbalist, neutral quest-giver, or ambiguous ally in low-fantasy, high-fantasy, and folklore-inspired RPG settings. She functions effectively as a non-combat NPC in village outskirts, druid grove, or enchanted forest encounters, compatible with virtual tabletop platforms including Foundry VTT, Roll20, and Fantasy Grounds.
